CLOS ST. PERE

From 1990 we produce and bottle our varietal red wine, a Merlot, called Clos St. Pere

Merlot, the grape with a bird name, is the origin of this big red wine. It is a full bodied wine, yet with a velvety palate.

It shows ruby colour with a violet hue. Aromas reminiscent to licorice, small fruits and spicy character.

The proximity to the Mediterranean Sea contributes to the fruit set and berry ripening because of the mild sunshine and sea brize.

The winemaking is accurate in order to preserve all the grape aroma potential.

We recommend to keep at 15ºC.
